System Monitoring & Maintenance
While we provide you the remote services with our electronic security system, we provide the system monitoring services to ensure all devices are active and functioning.
We can provide a proactive monitoring to your network, to take an immediate response when one of your hardware or IT services is in code red. Our professional maintenance team will provide a corrective action to fix the issue.
Standard procedures on maintenance with our proactive system monitoring:
- Receive a code red
- SOC Operator acknowledge an alert
- Remote troubleshooting by our IT professional
- Identify the root cause (Resolved if able to fix remotely)
- If cannot, SOC Operator to issue a ticket for maintenance arrangement
- Maintenance engineer on-site
SOC Operators will follow-up the whole maintenance process to ensure the issue is resolved.
