System Monitoring & Maintenance

While we provide you the remote services with our electronic security system, we provide the system monitoring services to ensure all devices are active and functioning.

We can provide a proactive monitoring to your network, to take an immediate response when one of your hardware or IT services is in code red.  Our professional maintenance team will provide a corrective action to fix the issue. 

Standard procedures on maintenance with our proactive system monitoring: 

  1. Receive a code red 
  2. SOC Operator acknowledge an alert 
  3. Remote troubleshooting by our IT professional 
  4. Identify the root cause (Resolved if able to fix remotely) 
  5. If cannot, SOC Operator to issue a ticket for maintenance arrangement 
  6. Maintenance engineer on-site 

SOC Operators will follow-up the whole maintenance process to ensure the issue is resolved.
